Immigration Law Firm Rips Off Indian Migrant

"Did Not Meet Visa Requirements" Australia's Leading Immigration Law Firm Rips Off Indian Migrant.

This true story will make your Blood BOIL! as it did mine. You will see, it is no wonder that he Did Not Meet Visa Requirements with an immigration lawyer like this one.

A friend of mine just gave me the inside story of his experience with using "Australia's Leading Immigration Law Firm" to sponsor their first skilled worker.

My mate first asked if it "could be done" to sponsor someone into his business, and layed out all the details, work experience, history of his already one year employee.

The response from the migration law firm "Yeah, No Problems".

(My mate is good like that, he took it upon himself to help his staff get the visa approval.)

After 3 months  and $8000 dollars later, they got the reply to the 457 Visa application.

"Denied, Did Not Meet Visa Requirements"

What I found out next totally shocked me.

The immigration law firm didn't submit all the information that was provided regarding work experience, training, references for current and past history. The past 3 years of performance in the skill set that he was applying for.

The immigration law firm knowingly didn't submit the complete details because they knew that by doing so they could charge another $1500+ their lawyers fees to Appeal the decision.

To me, This is Totally Unethical, and as my friend said, "They (the lawyers) have permanent residency, so they are just trying to milk those that want to migrate here for everything they can. Because they know, most people will be deported and will never see them again. Its disgusting!".

This particular Immigration Law Firm only submitted his CV with the visa application. No wonder he was denied and Did Not Meet Visa Requirements. He paid $8000 to have a professional Immigration Law Firm look over his documentation, then say "Yeah No Worries", and submit the visa application with only a CV attached.

Does this sound right to you?

Now they have 28 days to appeal, that will cost $1500 just for the documents Plus extra from the immigration law firm, to do what should of been done in the first place.

This just grinds my gears.

If anyone wants to know what Immigration Lawyers to Never Use. Leave your comment below and tell me what you liked about me revealing this information.

Not for PR directly, only for an Offshore Visa. Meaning you can apply for visa from off Australian shores. It would be best for you to do your own research, to discover what visa is the right one for your situation. Then maybe ask a professional if you are not confident. This will give you lots of knowledge and some understanding, that will serve you well in knowing what the process is and some of the steps that are involved. As well as being able to protect your resources, should you come across people who are quick to make false promises.
